REFUNDS & RETURNS
If something isn't quite right with your order, don't hesitate to reach out ASAP and share relevant photos. We're committed to making things right - if your order arrives damaged or there's an error on our part, we'll gladly replace it.
For custom and personalised orders, we're unable to offer refunds. However, if you've ordered something without customisation and wish to return it, kindly do so in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt (but please drop us a message first!).
Please note, return shipping costs aren't covered by us. We suggest using a tracked service for safe returns; we'll process your refund once we receive the item back in its original condition.

Share all the juicy details and inspiration—colors, preferred materials (card, acrylic, or wood), sizing needs, and personalisation. The more, the merrier! Send over your ideas and inspiration photos, and we'll craft a custom order link just for you to kickstart the creative journey!

NOTICE TIME
For our delectable cakes and bakes, we kindly request a minimum of 2 weeks' notice to ensure perfection. Sometimes, we work our magic to accommodate last-minute requests, but it's not always guaranteed. Our cake toppers and accessories are crafted in-house, and we'll strive to add your personal touch, even on rushed orders. Yet, on occasion, adding personalised items might not be possible for last-minute requests. We'll do our best to sprinkle that special touch onto your order!
SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS
We're here to make your treats as delightful as possible! Kindly share any dietary requirements in your initial contact request. We'll do our utmost to accommodate, though as a small kitchen, there might be limitations at times. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll strive to make your culinary experience a wonderful one!
